Do you sell retail or single items?
No. We strictly operate as wholesalers and only sell full dress material catalogs. There is no option to purchase individual pieces.
What happens if I can’t sell any item from a catalog?
We offer a full refund or exchange for untouched complete catalogs—no time limit. If you haven’t sold even a single piece, simply return the full catalog and we’ll take care of the rest.
Can I return or exchange a catalog if I’ve sold one item from it?
Unfortunately, once any item is sold, that catalog becomes non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for complete, untouched catalogs.
I’m a small seller or sell from home—can I work with you?
Absolutely! We welcome small shop owners, boutique sellers, and home-based businesses. Our flexible return policy is designed to help sellers grow without fear of inventory loss.
What are the delivery timelines?
Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hoursof confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on location, but most wholesale shipments arrive within 3–7 working daysacross India.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, and digital wallets. For wholesale clients, we also offer flexible billing options upon request.
How are products shipped?
All shipments are handled by trusted courier partners, packed securely to ensure fabric quality. Tracking details are provided as soon as the order is dispatched.
Is there a return policy for damaged items?
Yes, if any product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as long as you notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Our return policy applies to untouched full catalogs only.
Can I exchange a catalog after delivery?
Absolutely—as long as none of the items are sold, you're eligible for a catalog exchange at any time, with no expiry. Just ensure the catalog is in original condition.
